Structure: Enterprise Architecture describes structure. A guy named Zachman expandes architecture to who, what, where when, how and why. He also described the levels of reification: context, concept, logical design, physical design, components and realized items.

Quality: Quality is a cornerstone of Toyota, for example. You need to be good at something for people to pay you.
Efficiency:
Focus: What is the mission? Are you supporting the mission or doing something irrelevant? Are you wasting money and effort?
Resiliancy:
Capability:
